Q. Where are you located and do you ship abroad? (Australia, US, Canada etc.)
A. We are locating in Ukraine and we are shipping worldwide to any country.
 
Q. What is shipping charge?
A. Shipping charge is 15$ for the parcel below 1kg, 20$ below 1.5kg and 30$ below 2 kgs.
 
Q. How long does it take to receive item?
A. Near to 10-15 days in any country as we are sending by Ukrainian Air Mail.
 
Q. How long does it take us to send the order?
A. Depends on type of goods you would like to purchase. If they are in stock shipping can be next day after the payment. If it has to be custom made it can take up to 14 days for us to make them.
 
Q. Do You accept credit/debit card? How to make a payment?
A. Payment is done in process of making order. We are accepting credit/debit cards. For making payment by bank card You have to select “PayPal” à “Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card, or PayPal credit” on Step 5 (of the order): Payment method
